Kristen Kassner, co-founder of MonitorEDU since 2018, embodies the motto "jump and a net will appear." Her pragmatic approach to organizational development and commitment to transparency has cultivated a strong sense of teamwork among MonitorEDU's staff. Prior to her role at MonitorEDU, Kristen served as the Vice President of Human Resources for ProctorU, overseeing the recruitment and hiring of over 1500 proctors during ProctorU's formative years. In her earlier career, Kristen held positions in the payroll departments of various California-based companies, including Wente Vineyards and Spectra-Physics Lasers. Kristen's wealth of experience and leadership have fostered a company culture within MonitorEDU that empowers all staff members to excel in their respective roles.

Angela Bostwick, joined MonitorEDU in 2020. She is a dynamic leader with a rich background in Occupational Therapy and a fervent commitment to fostering inclusive and supportive workplace environments. With a special interest in mental health, Angela brings a unique blend of empathy, expertise, and leadership to her role at MonitorEDU. Her person-centered approach is evident among interdisciplinary teams as she carries forward her values of empathy and inclusivity, recognizing the pivotal role they play in cultivating high-performing teams. Angela’s leadership style is characterized by a genuine concern for the well-being of employees, coupled with a strong focus on results-driven strategies. Chelsea joined MonitorEDU in 2020.  She is a dynamic professional with a passion for excellence in the field of proctoring services Chelsea plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our proctoring services. She works closely with our team of proctors, providing them with the knowledge and support necessary to excel in their roles. Sabrina's blended background of fine arts and business administration is a unique asset at MonitorEDU, allowing her to approach education and training with a fresh perspective and creative twist. James Lower joined MonitorEDU in 2020, and his professional journey spans over 10 years in sales and marketing within the education and training sector, with a specialized focus on high-stakes assessments and online learning platforms. His expertise lies in strategic social networking, adept customer service management, and proficient eCommerce practices. These competencies are instrumental in crafting and executing robust marketing strategies aimed at augmenting brand visibility and fostering new business avenues. In 2020, Kaiti Ochoa became a valuable member of MonitorEDU, infusing her vibrant personality and unwavering commitment into the delicate balance between customer satisfaction and stringent security measures. With a remarkable ability to empathize with test-takers experiencing anxiety, Kaiti maintains a poised and professional demeanor, ensuring fair and valid testing environments even amidst high-stakes scenarios. Prior to her tenure at MonitorEDU, Kaiti honed her skills as an American Sign Language (ASL) instructor following her graduation from the University of Arizona, where she specialized in special education. This background equips Kaiti to effectively collaborate with clients and candidates, providing necessary adjustments and accommodations to ensure equal access and a level playing field for all.

Don Kassner, co-founder of MonitorEDU in 2018, envisioned a platform centered around live proctoring models. Before spearheading MonitorEDU, Don gained prominence as the founder of ProctorU in 2008, during his tenure as president of Andrew Jackson University. With over 25 years of expertise in proctoring, testing, and higher education, his journey began as a graduate advisor and adjunct faculty at San Jose State University, culminating in a Master of Economics in 1996. Beyond academia, Don's entrepreneurial spirit flourished early, launching his inaugural venture at the age of 8 in Sunnyvale, CA, focusing on pumpkin cultivation and sales during Halloween. His leadership and foundational values permeate MonitorEDU, enriching both its clientele and internal teams, as he continues to fortify global standards in live proctoring.
